Terms of Use

The service

Shipreel is run by [Your name or company] ("we", "us"). During this pilot, you tell us about your product and our team makes a product video for you by hand, using editing, design and AI tools. Videos are not generated automatically. When a video is ready, it appears in your private library for you to review and download.

The free pilot video

• Each account can request one free video during the pilot. No payment details are needed.
• We make every video by hand, so we can't promise a turnaround time. We'll keep you updated by email.
• We may decline or stop a request, for example if we can't make a good video from the information available, or the product or content is unlawful, harmful or misleading.
• We may change or end the pilot. If we do, you'll still be able to download videos already delivered.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details safe and give us accurate information. You're responsible for activity under your account.

Your material

You confirm that you're allowed to share what you send us and what's on the product you link to, including names, logos, screenshots and claims. You give us permission to use that material, and the public pages of your product, only to make and deliver your video. You keep all your rights in it.

Your video

• Once delivered, you may use, edit and publish your video for any lawful purpose, including commercially.
• We won't publish or showcase your video without your permission.
• We aim to show your product accurately, but please review the video before publishing it. You're responsible for how you use it and for the claims it makes about your product.

No guarantees

The pilot is provided free and "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability relating to the pilot is limited to the amount you paid us, if any. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.

Ending things

You can stop using Shipreel and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; for significant changes, we'll let you know by email. These terms are governed by the laws of [Country]. Questions: support@example.com.
