Draft for the pilot, pending legal review.

Privacy Policy

Who we are

Shipreel is run by [Your name or company], based in [Country] ("we", "us"). We make product videos for SaaS products, apps and websites. Questions about your information: support@example.com.

What we collect

  • Account details: your email address and a password (stored only in hashed form by our sign-in provider), or, if you continue with Google, the basic profile details Google shares with us, such as your name and email.
  • Your video brief: product name, website or app link, description, audience, key message, notes, and the style and format you choose.
  • Material we make for you: the finished video and any note we attach to it.
  • Technical information: logs and error reports created when you use the site, such as browser type and the time of a request, which help us keep the service working and secure.

We don't use advertising trackers, and we don't sell your information.

How we use it

  • To make your video: we review your brief and the public pages of the product you link to.
  • To deliver it to your private library and tell you when it's ready.
  • To reply to you and to ask for your feedback on the pilot.
  • To run, secure and improve the service.

Who can see your information

Your brief and your videos are visible only to you and to the people on our team who make and deliver them. We don't publish, showcase or share your video without your permission.

We rely on a small number of service providers, who process information only on our behalf:

  • our hosting, database, storage and sign-in provider (Lovable Cloud);
  • Google, if you choose to sign in with Google;
  • video, design and AI tools we use to produce your video. We give them only what a video needs, such as your product description and images of your product, never your password.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

How we protect it

Videos are kept in private storage. Access rules in our database let each customer reach only their own requests and videos, and only once a video is marked ready. Viewing and downloading use short-lived private links. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit access to what's needed.

How long we keep it

We keep your account, brief and videos while your account is open so you can come back to your library. You can ask us at any time to delete your video, your brief or your whole account, and we'll do so unless the law requires us to keep something. Logs are kept for a limited period by our providers.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your information, or to object to how we use it. Email support@example.com and we'll help. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes

If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and, for significant changes, let you know by email.
